NATIONAL ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING TASK FORCE (NAHTTF) AND IOM SRI LANKA HELD A TALK WITH VICTIMS OF TRAFFICKING IN LAOS

24 Victims of Traffickers (VoT) in Laos were repatriated to Sri Lanka on 25 March 2023, as a result of the effort of IOM Sri Lanka and relevant authorities of Sri Lanka and Laos..

The NAHTTF together with the IOM Sri Lanka, had a talk on 27 April 2023 with the VoT in Laos. Major General JR Kulathunga the Chief of National Intelligence/the Chairman of the Coordinating Committee of the NAHTTF, welcomed the VoT, followed by a talk with VoT and the NAHTTF.
