SUCCESSFULL COMPLETION OF THE TRAINING PROGRAMME CONDUCTED FOR TRI-FORCES OFFICERS ON HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND SMUGGLING AT MATARA

Two days programme on Human Trafficking and smuggling conducted for Tri-Forces officers from 12 September to 13 September at the Grand Rockland Hotel Matara was successfully concluded.

This was the last programme which was conducted out of series of training programmes planned to conduct for Tri-Forces officers in year 2023 on Human Trafficking and Smuggling. The five programmes were conducted in Colombo, Anuradhapura, Trincomalee, Kandy and Matara.

All programmes are facilitated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and conducted by the IOM in collaboration with the NAHTTF.
